Highly proficient in industry-leading systems, including ARGUS Estate Master (DF, DM, CC), Framework, SimPro, Jonas Premier, Office 365, MYOB, and Microsoft Excel, with a strong track record in cost estimation, value engineering, contract administration, and procurement strategies. Proactive in implementing standardised processes, commercial review gates, and approval frameworks to support timely, informed, and scalable decision-making. Skilled in identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, process improvement, and risk mitigation, while maintaining compliance with planning, environmental, WHS, and regulatory requirements. Collaborative and professional, with extensive experience engaging internal and external stakeholders—including project managers, finance, planning, construction, sales, marketing, and legal—to align project outcomes with business objectives.
